Writing the Empirical Journal Article

In looking up manuscript writing suggestions, I came across this article (http://dbem.ws/WritingArticle.pdf). Although it is targeted toward psychologists and social psychologists, it still provides useful suggestions for writing up survey or experiment-based research. I also happened to find the Journal of Scholarly Publishing, which has articles about various topics of interest.
